Refund policy
Dupure reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend, add, or remove portions of this Policy at any time. It is the consumer's responsibility to review this Policy periodically for changes.
Returns
1. You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange a purchase, which begins the day your order is received (according to the date provided by the carrier).
2. All returns shipped to Dupure require prior authorization from a Dupure representative. Do not return your Dupure product prior to receiving instruction from a Dupure Representative.
3. Ensure that the product you are returning is UNUSED and repackaged with all that was included when you received it. If not, your return may not be accepted for a refund/exchange.
4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of all products, unless explicitly instructed otherwise by a Dupure Representative.
5. You are responsible for the cost of the shipping for products exchanged, unless explicitly instructed otherwise by a Dupure Representative.
6. This offer is only applicable for replacement filters and faucets purchased online or over the phone and shipped directly from Dupure.
How to Return a Dupure Product
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
When your request is approved, please ship your product to Dupure. You will receive a shipping label to return your product(s) to us via USPS. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund for your order.
If a return label is not provided for some reason, please ship the product to the following address using the shipping carrier of your choice:

Refunds
Dupure will initiate a full refund (purchase price excluding shipping and handling) when the product is received at Dupure for any Dupure authorized returns, unless the product is to be exchanged for one of equal value.
Process
1. Your Return will be identified and marked as received, and process within 1 to 2 business days.
2. The package will be inspected to confirm that it contains everything included with the product.
3. Your refund will be initiated according to the original payment type(s) for the order. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt of the returned product.
